Swan’s version of “Don’t Be Cruel” is a laid-back, country-tinged cover of the rock ’n’ roll classic made famous by Elvis Presley. Swan released it in 1975 on his second album, Rock on With Elvis, which was a full tribute to the King — done in Billy’s mellow, almost understated style.

B.J. Smith collaborates with Joe Harvey-Whyte to create three stunning interpretations. For those unfamiliar with Joe Harvey-Whyte, he is an award winning instrumentalist specialising in Pedal Steel.
